LIV MUNRO, VIC
LIV Munro is Mirvac’s first BTR property in Melbourne and the first for the CBD, located next to the Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens. The project is part of a mixed-use development comprising social infrastructure, BTR units, a hotel offering and retail. LIV Munro offers 490 residences with a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom units. Additionally, the broader Munro precinct includes a library across 3 floors, a 110 room hotel offering and 1,825m2 of retail. The property includes amenities ranging from a dedicated health and wellness facility on level 5 and a penthouse floor of amenities on level 39, to an outdoor rooftop terrace, podcasting studio, co-working space, cinema rooms and a dog park. The location boasts easy access to the rest of Melbourne with a tram stop on the property’s doorstep.
LIV ASTON VIC
LIV Aston is Mirvac’s second project in the Melbourne CBD, located in Northbank, a transformative precinct sitting adjacent to the Yarra River. The property features premium finishes and forms part of a broader mixed-use precinct comprising office and retail uses. LIV Aston comprises a 32 level tower featuring 2, 688m2 , 677m2 of retail and 474 BTR units, 20 of which will be designated as affordable housing units. Quay Quarter Tower, NSW
QQT forms part of the 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳Wholesale Property Fund (MWOF) portfolio. MWOF is an Australian Wholesale Fund with 100% exposure to prime commercial office assets in Australia’s eastern seaboard gateway cities of Sydney and Melbourne.
Completed in April 2022, Quay Quarter Tower rises 51 stories and is an award-winning Premium grade office tower designed by Danish architects 3XN in partnership with BVN. Having won a number of awards including the 10th International High Rise Award 2022/23 and World Building of the Year 2022, the unique modular façade design provides a balance of good visibility, daylight penetration, energy efficiency and maximises access to extensive harbour views. Quay Quarter Tower has achieved a 6 Star Greenstar Rating, with the building targeting a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy, 4.0 Star NABERS Water rating and WELL Gold rating.
