The AI Powered Workplace

Against a backdrop of the widening gap between employee use of generative AI (more than 50 per cent)* and large Australian companies reported official use (under ten per cent)^, 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳and WORKTECH Academy have launched a discussion paper on AI’s potential to have a transformative effect on the workplace of the future – from sustainability to workplace culture.

The paper, The AI Powered Workplace, explores barriers to adoption, opportunities and future possibilities of AI and the workplace, and identifies three key areas in which AI is poised to transform it – design, management and experience. In each of these areas, embracing AI tools will have a meaningful impact on how workplace teams can operate and best prepare for the future of work.
