In our report we propose a number of ideas for what we might measure; drawn from fields as diverse as retailing, city development, diplomacy, public health and mobility.

Unlocking nexus value, from mixed-use to mixed-experience

At 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳we put the human experience at the heart of every decision and view our places as a series of connected experiences for our customers. We are constantly seeking to understand what creates magnetic, vibrant and sustainable places where people want to live, work and play.

In our latest discussion paper with WORKTECH Academy, Unlocking nexus value, from mixed-use to mixed-experience we explore some of the most memorable and dynamic places from across the globe, speaking to the people who designed and created them, uncovering, what we have coined the #nexusvalue – a model for understanding the incremental increase in value that you get when you programme a site to deliver enhanced amenity, a better quality of life and to be more than the sum of the individual parts.

In our report we propose a number of ideas for what we might measure; drawn from fields as diverse as retailing, city development, diplomacy, public health and mobility.

As with all our discussion papers, we hope this sparks a discussion on creating better places and reanimating our cities.

91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters of Australia, and we offer our respect to their Elders past and present.
